The commission announced the postings in a press release issued on Thursday, November 5, 2026, following interviews conducted to assess the officers’ fitness and suitability for their new assignments.

According to the PSC, Okoebor, formerly Commissioner of Police, Police Accounts and Budget at Force Headquarters, Abuja, will take charge of the Plateau State Police Command.
