The National Youth Service Corps has announced September 3, 2026, as the passing-out date for 2025 Batch B Stream II corps members.
The NYSC management made the announcement in a statement signed by its Director of Information and Public Relations, Caroline Embu, on Monday 10th August 2026.
According to the statement, the corps members will officially complete their mandatory national service on Thursday, September 3, 2026, marking the end of their service year.
The Scheme urged all affected corps members, employers and other stakeholders to take note of the scheduled date and make necessary preparations for the exercise.
The NYSC further disclosed that Certificates of National Service would be distributed to the corps members on the same date at the Local Government level.
The passing-out exercise will formally bring the 2025 Batch B Stream II service cycle to an end after the corps members’ period of national service.
The announcement is expected to enable corps members and their employers to prepare adequately for the conclusion of the service programme and subsequent transition beyond the NYSC scheme.
